After having a horrible experience with another hotel chain ( in town suites st Charles) . I was relieved and truly blessed by booking a room from extended stay America. After being greeted by Lilly the manager here. I knew I found my new home away from home. Clean , reasonably priced and by far some of the friendliest people I've ever met in my travels .
I almost didn't book here because of the amount of negative reviews, but glad I took a chance! Yes the building and hallways are a little dated and could use some maintenance, but our room itself was great! Especially at the price - clean, bright, large, and very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. There is no breakfast or elevator and there is an additional charge if you want to rent cooking utensils FYI. Plenty of free parking available.

Lillie was an incredible host I love how she remembered my name and greeted me the second morning I was here as I walked through the lobby. The room was very cozy as well and was combinated with all you could ask for in a motel beside the obvious it has a 4 range stove, microwave and fridge. For anyone looking to take a vacation to st Louis I highly recommend this motel not only for the friendly staff but the location being close to the airport and highway
Super friendly staff. Looked like the bathroom was recently updated. Location was perfect for several places I went over the weekend. Clean, comfy bed.
I've only had 1 real issue with this hotel the service staff is great and they made it right. Definitely remember who I am every time I come. They've been having some issues with their fire alarm system but overall has been very useful for someone going through a divorce and the staff is friendly and supportive.
My stay here is very pleasant, I met Mrs. Lilly , the front desk, she was very polite. My room was tip top, no complaints from me at all, the pillows are fluffy bed comfortable, I'm enjoying my stay her. They made me feel really welcomed.
Great room for a great price. Lilly and Melissa at the front desk made the time even better. Any time i had questions or concerned those two handled it, which was greatly appreciated.
